For business

From readiness to result in eight weeks

How businesses baseline a workflow, run a controlled experiment, and record measurable value — with governance built in from the start.

Training becomes valuable when an organisation implements a use case and records the result. The AI for Business pathway is built around that principle: in eight weeks, move from readiness to one adopted, AI-enabled workflow with a measurable outcome.

The journey

  • Complete an AI-readiness diagnostic across data, processes, workforce, governance and technology.
  • Set a baseline for the chosen workflow — time, cost, error rate, conversion, revenue or service quality.
  • Prioritise use cases by value, feasibility, risk and data-readiness.
  • Design and test a controlled implementation experiment, with security and human oversight reviewed before go-live.
  • Record the result against the baseline, with confidence and evidence — then decide to scale, revise or stop.

A defensible evidence pack

Every business leaves with a minimum evidence pack: a readiness report, a use-case canvas, an experiment plan, an outcome record and a responsible-use record. It is proof you can take to a board, a funder or a customer.

This article explains our approach and methodology. Impact figures and case studies are published with their evidence and verification level as the pilot produces them — see Impact.
