About us

A mission to make Africa the standard for others

ITSKILLS4AFRICA is being repositioned for the AI economy. Project 10 Million is the scaling mission — a continental platform where Africans learn, build, earn and lead.

Our identity

Who we are

ITSKILLS4AFRICA is a pan-African skills and economic-empowerment programme delivering Project 10 Million—an initiative designed to expand access to AI, technology, business and digital-economy capabilities across Africa.

The programme is building a continental network of learners, educators, mentors, employers, entrepreneurs and delivery partners around a shared ambition: enabling Africans to learn, build, earn, transform and lead.

Our vision

Africa's most trusted, outcomes-driven AI platform

To enable individuals and organisations to learn, build, earn, transform and lead — with verified evidence of progress at every step.

Our promise

Every structured learner should leave with verified evidence of progress: an assessment result, portfolio artefact, deployable project, business improvement plan, credential or economic opportunity.

How we work

Product principles

  • Mobile-first, low-bandwidth and accessible by design.
  • Practical evidence before passive completion.
  • Human support at moments where learners commonly disengage.
  • Responsible AI, privacy, safeguarding and academic integrity by default.
  • Build once, localise by region, language, audience and sector.
  • Measure economic and business outcomes — not only registrations and views.

Delivery model

How the Mission Will Be Delivered

The programme will work with universities, technology companies, employers, governments, telecommunications providers, development organisations, foundations and community partners across Africa.
