Measured with integrity

Impact you can audit — not just admire

We publish definitions, denominators, verification methods and known limitations. Reach is separated from structured completion and intensive transformation, and each person is counted once.

Building on real experience

A foundation of hands-on delivery

Project 10 Million doesn't start from zero. ITSKILLS4AFRICA has already delivered practical digital-skills training on the ground — including programmes for farmers and for students — giving us tested experience in reaching real communities.

We are compiling the verified participation and outcome figures from these earlier programmes and will publish them here with their evidence and verification level — held to the same counting standard as the pilot. We would rather publish an audited number late than an impressive number we cannot stand behind.

An African mentor supporting a learner through career and technology guidance.

Case studies

Structured, honest, and evidence-led

Every case study follows the same shape — problem, intervention, evidence, outcome and limitation — so results are always shown with the context needed to judge them.

Verification in progress

Farmers and rural communities

Digital skills training for farmers

Problem
Farmers and rural workers often sit outside formal digital education, limiting access to markets, information and modern tools.
Intervention
ITSKILLS4AFRICA delivered practical digital-skills training tailored to farming contexts, with supported, low-bandwidth-friendly on-ramps.
Evidence
Verified participation and completion figures for this programme are being compiled for publication.
Outcome
Documented outcomes will be published here with their evidence and verification level.
Limitation
Figures shown will state the reporting period, denominator and verification method, distinguishing self-reported from independently verified results.
Verification in progress

Students and graduates

Skills training for students

Problem
Many students leave education without the practical digital and AI capabilities employers and the modern economy now expect.
Intervention
ITSKILLS4AFRICA delivered structured skills training to students, focused on applied, employable capability rather than passive content.
Evidence
Verified completion and progression figures for this cohort are being compiled for publication.
Outcome
Employment, further-study and enterprise outcomes will be published here once verified.
Limitation
Published figures will include their denominators and verification level, in line with our counting framework.

Placeholders marked “verification in progress” will be replaced with audited figures — never estimates — once confirmed by the impact owner.

Counting framework

A transparent hierarchy of verified impact

LevelMinimum evidence
ReachedUnique identity or approved de-duplicated partner record, plus an activity threshold.
Foundation completionRequired units, assessment and completion rules.
Intensive graduateVerified capstone or business implementation plus a quality decision.
Economic outcomeDated outcome record with a declared verification level.
Business transformedBaseline, result, responsible owner and evidence review.

Data quality controls

How we protect the numbers

  • Duplicate detection using verified contact and approved matching rules.
  • A required denominator and cohort definition for every published percentage.
  • Versioned counting rules and auditable status changes.
  • Self-reported, partner-confirmed and independently verified outcomes kept separate.
  • Small groups suppressed where reporting could identify individuals.

Our promise on claims

We do not convert impressions, followers, radio-audience estimates or repeated sessions into trained-person counts. Marketing distinguishes participation, completion, certification and accreditation. Approved impact figures always display their definition, period, evidence level and update date.

As the pilot runs, verified dashboards and case studies — structured as problem, intervention, evidence, outcome and limitation — will be published here.
