Project 10 Million is a five-year mission to help Africans learn relevant digital and AI capabilities, apply them to real problems, and enter economic opportunity. The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is deliberately small: the smallest credible platform and operating model that can prove learning, business and economic outcomes.
That discipline matters. It is easy to build a large catalogue of courses and count registrations. It is much harder — and far more valuable — to prove that capability converts into projects, income, jobs and measurable business value.
Three pathways, not fifty
The launch portfolio is three pathways: AI and Digital Foundations, AI for Business and Entrepreneurs, and AI Builders. Together they validate three different things — broad reach, enterprise transformation, and advanced technical capability — without spreading the pilot too thin.
Each pathway ends in evidence you can show: an assessment result, a portfolio artefact, a deployable project, a business improvement plan, or a credential. Practical evidence comes before passive completion.
The website is the front door
The public marketing website is the acquisition and trust layer. Its job is to inform, establish credibility, recruit the right audiences, and route each visitor to the correct next action — learner application, business diagnostic, mentor application or partnership enquiry. The authenticated platform then delivers the learning, transformation and evidence.
What we're deferring — on purpose
None of these are rejected — they are sequenced. We add them when evidence from the pilot supports the investment.
- Native iOS and Android apps (the MVP is mobile-first responsive web).
- A full freelance or employment marketplace with payment escrow.
- All five intensive tracks and every audience variation.
- Open-ended generative-AI tutoring without source grounding and safety controls.
